Here are some things you may want to know:

Chairs

There are 250 ‘wedding white’ garden chairs that can be arranged however you choose for the ceremony (we set up). There are 250 black reception chairs for the tent that are set up at your discretion (we set up). You can put up to eight chairs at a table (6 is spacious, 8 is full).

Tables

There are 10 long banquet tables. Dimensions:  2 ½ ft x 8 ft and 30 in tall. There are 32 round tables. Dimensions:  5 ft across and 30 in tall. You can rent (at your expense) more or different tables.

Lighting

We have party lights strung on the outer edge of the tent. We have chandelier lights on the interior of the tent, at the poles. All lights in the tent are on dimmers. There are lights in the parking lot and along the walkway to the parking lot.

Electric

There are outlets on the electric panel on the far side of the tent. There are outlets on the rest room building. There is an electrical outlet on the top of the Spring House. We provide several extension cords (located by the power panel). We provide tape to tape down cords, if necessary.

Caterer

There is not a kitchen for the caterers to use, however they have access to water and ice maker. They can use the sun parlor as a prep area, there are two 8ft tables in there for their use. There is no on-site cooking (including roasting pans).

Decorations

No tape of any kind is permitted on the tent, poles, tables, or chairs. Please tie decorations; ask if you are not sure how to tie or attach your decorations, we would be happy to help you. Candles are permitted in the tent, but not the barn.

Heat

We can remove, or pull back some of the sides if the tent is too warm, let us know. If you are concerned it will be too cold, we use a tent heater (additional expense).

Trash

There are large trash cans for your use/caterers use, as well as a dumpster on site. We empty the trash cans during your event (we provide bags).

Clean-up

All trash must be in trash bags, we will dispose. Everything you brought in must be taken with you, in a trash bag for disposal, or put in the dumpster. We provide a broom and dust pan for your use as well as rags for any major clean up. Do not stack chairs or move tables.

Tent Layout

Tent grid is 10 ft by 10 ft squares, which corresponds to the cuts in the concrete. One table (round or long) with its chairs fits comfortably per square.
