We couldn't be happier with how it has held up through hurricanes (Ike-'08), the Durecho ('12) and every thunderstorm and wind storm for the last 16 years. Looking to hire a Groundskeeper/Maintenance person. Could be full-time or part-time, must have general landscape knowledge and willing to learn more, based on knowledge and experience $15/hr. Duties would be lawn care of mowing and trimming the lawn to our standards, weed eradication either with spray or by hand, planting in both spring and fall, watering plants, pruning trees and bushes, deadheading flowers, etc. Must be able to lift and bend for a shift, either already know how or be willing to learn to use various hand tools, as well as gas powered tools like chain saws, trimmers, etc. and larger machinery like a gator, toolcat, tractor, etc. With the right candidate, other tasks (such as light maintenance) can be assigned to move to a full time position.
